The Flamingo Pad features abundant natural light, original hardwood floors, comfortable living spaces, a fully
equipped kitchen, Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, central air conditioning and everything you need for a relaxing
Pensacola stay. Please note: One bedroom is locked and reserved for owner use. Guests have private access to
the remainder of the home and do not share the property with anyone else. NO Washer/Dryer are at location
Traveling with your dog? Flamingo Pad is a pet-friendly Pensacola vacation rental with a large, fully fenced
backyard, giving your four-legged family members room to enjoy the outdoors. Relax on the patio, fire up the
gas grill, or spend an evening outside after a day at Pensacola Beach. You may even meet Boots, the friendly
dog next door. A $100 pet fee is required for guests traveling with pets. Undisclosed pets are subject to an
additional $100 fee.
East Pensacola Heights is one of Pensacola’s established residential neighborhoods and is great for walking,

Control maintains quarterly pest control for the pesky Florida bugs.

The home is clean and had everything we needed. There were even beach towels and several boogie boards. It was near restaurants and Publix but in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood. Cindy was very responsive and helpful. Finding a rental that will accept both of our large dogs is difficult. Finding one this good was a blessing.

House is in a good location close to everything we needed the home was great and very comfortable end everything we needed the kitchen had everything you need to cook for yourself the yard was nice the only thing that needs to be done is the BBQ grill could use new burners they are rusted pretty bad it still works well enough that we used it

I would like to say we enjoyed staying at Cynthia's cottage home, it was just want we wanted for our Pensacola Florida trip. It was easy to find and in a great neighborhood, it was quite and a nice area. The space was just perfect for my family of 4, which my kids used one room and we used the other one. I would recommend this to friends and family as well we would come back to stay here. Price was great and location as well, loved how easy it was to get to one place to another. If you want a place close by the beach but not pay the price for a beach front home get this one as its 10 mins away from beaches.

The Flamingo Landing hone is in a great location, close enough to anything you might want on your vacation but still in a quiet neighborhood to get a good night's rest. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, very clean and comfortable vintage home in a quiet very convenient location. Will be staying there again when we visit Pensacola.
Great little place in a great area. We were a work crew staying there and it was just what we needed.
